Small, versatile knife with slim blade and plain edge: this 4" Vegetable / Larding Knife is made for cutting onions and herbs and is also useful for chopping, cleaning and decorating fruits and vegetables. With its sharp, pointed blade, this Vegetable Knife also works well as a larding knife. Blades are laser-cut from a single piece of steel and easy to sharpen. Full tang adds weight and balance to blades longer than 5 inches. Knives feature high-impact, molded synthetic handles that are comfortable to hold, more durable and sanitary than wood.  Produced by skilled craftspeople in the knife-producing capital of the world, Wüsthof blades have been crafted in Solingen, Germany, for over 200 years.
