U.S. Sales and Refund Policy

By placing an order or making a purchase with Certified Brands, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Certified Brands Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.


Standard Return Policy

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item and how the item was purchased.

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. To qualify for a refund based upon the original payment method, the product must be undamaged with its included accessories and original packaging.


How to Return an Item

The buyer can start the return process by going to the "My Orders" page in "My Account". Once in "My Orders", view the order that contains the item you would like to return. Once you have clicked "View Order", click "Request New Return" in the upper right hand corner of your internet browser. You can also request a Return directly by clicking "Request New Return" under the Returns section in "My Account",  or contact customer service for additional support.

Returns Due To Our Error

If the shipment contains the incorrect items and the return is a result of our fulfillment error, the buyer will have the option to have the correct items shipped to them, or a refund for the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, including shipping to and from Certified Brands. The refund or exchange will be completed based upon receipt of the original shipment at a Certified Brands facility.

Defective Products

Defective items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer’s return shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.

Defective products reported after 14 days of delivery will need to be warrantied by the manufacturer. See the Warranty page for more details.

Returns Due To Buyer’s Remorse & Accidental Ordering

Returns as a result of Buyer’s Remorse or Accidental Ordering will be accepted as long as the return complies with the Standard Return Policy. The buyer will be responsible for both the initial shipping costs from Certified Brands to the customer as well as the return shipping charges.


How to Exchange an Item

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges associated with the exchange of an item. The product must be received by Certified Brands within 24 days of delivery or the exchange will be voided.


Extended Return Policy

In special cases, Certified Brands will extend the return window for a refund to within 30 days of delivery as long as the item being returned in its original condition. An item in its original condition is unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Returns that qualify for the Extended Return Policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the buyer is requesting a refund based upon the original payment method. The buyer can choose to avoid the 20% restocking fee by electing for a full refund via program reward points.


Under no condition will items outside the 30 Day return window be considered for returns.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
